In Crossfit we honor our fallen heroes, who gave their lives for our freedom. We do this with a brutally intense workout: all Crossfitters, all over the world, all at the same time. On Monday May 25 we honor Murph with 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 squats wearing a weighted vest.
